XAVIER CRAWLEY
General Manager - Huntsville
Xavier is from San Diego, CA and has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since February 2013. He graduated with a B.A. in Business Management from Alabama A&M University in 2001. Xavier has work experience with Target stores, Starbucks coffee, Dreamland BBQ, and Belk before coming to Baumhower's Victory Grille. He enjoys anything related to athletics and working out routinely. Xavier and his wife, Stephanie, have 4 daughters: Jordan Kayla, Courtney, and Natalie; and 1 granddaughter: Shayla.

JAMES VADEN
Director of Service - Huntsville
From Hawthorne, Nevada, James has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since May 2019. He graduated from Mineral County High School in 1991, Lassen Community College in 1994, and University of Alabama Birmingham 1996. James worked at Wings Sports Grill from 1996-2001 before going to Ruby Tuesday as a General Manager and Director of Operations from 2001-2010. He received the Guest Service Award for 2005-2006. He was raised, and currently lives, in Scottsboro, AL. James and his wife of 22 years, Julie Vaden, have 3 kids: Taylor, Conner, and Owen. Conner and Owen keep the family busy by playing sports year-round: Flag football, Soccer, Basketball and Baseball. The Vaden’s also enjoy going to local sporting events, such as, the Rocket City Trash Panda’s, UAB football games, and especially the Atlanta Braves.

GARRETT SAYRE
Director of Hospitality - Huntsville
From Vestavia Hills, AL, Garrett has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since November 2019. He graduated from Vestavia Hills High School. Garrett was an Employee Training Coordinator for 4 years at Cracker Barrel and a bartender at Brio Tuscan Grille before coming to Baumhower's. Garrett loves the Dallas Mavericks and the Florida Gators.

JAYNE JACKSON
Director of Café - Huntsville
From Memphis, TN, Jayne has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since February 2021. She graduated with a B.S. in Biology from Rhodes College in 2008. Jayne started as a server and worked her way up to Service Manager and Kitchen Manager in 14 years at On the Border Mexican Grill and Cantina. She moved to Huntsville to be near her brother, sister-in-law, and two amazing nephews. Jayne enjoys spending her free time with her family, reading, cooking, running, and hiking.

MONTERICE COSBY
Head Chef - Huntsville
Born and raised in Huntsville, AL, Monterice has worked at Aloha Hospitality for 22 years total. He attended Drake State for Business Administration. Monterice has also been a Kitchen Manager/General Manager at O'Charley's and an Area Director for New Generations Foods. He has been married to his wife for 10 years. He has 4 children, 3 stepchildren and 8 grandchildren. He loves spoiling his grandbabies.

JOSH BLOCKER
Sous Chef - Huntsville
From Dothan, AL, Josh has been a team member since September 2013. He has been in the restaurant industry for many years before coming to Baumhower's. Josh comes from a large family of mostly women. He enjoys sports, going to bars, and video games.

DON PARKER
General Manager - Lee Branch
From Fort Lauderale, FL, Don has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since August 1993. He has been in the restaurant industry for 35 years and has worked all over the state of Alabama for Baumhower's Victory Grille. Don has 4 great children; Ashley, Joshua, Christopher, and Matthew

ROE HILL
Head Chef - Lee Branch
From Childersburg, AL, Roe has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since April 2021. He attended Childersburg High School and worked at Jim-N-Nicks BBQ for 21 years. Roe is married with 4 children and loves poker, binge watching shows in his spare time, Dallas Cowboys and Georgia Bulldogs.

LATOYA BANKS
Director of Service - Tuscaloosa North
From Tuscaloosa, AL, Latoya has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since November 2010. She is a mother of two daughters, 20 and 15 years old. Latoya enjoys singing, reading, and cooking. Her favorite color is purple and is the Choir Director of the St. Peter AME Zion Church Mass Choir.

TIARA DIXON-DANIELS
Director of Hospitality - Tuscaloosa North
From Jonesboro, GA, Tiara has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since October 2016. She graduated from The University of Alabama in 2020 with her Bachelors Degree. Tiara has been in the restaurant industry for 5 years (and counting) Growing up in the South has given her nothing but experience when it comes to true Southern Hospitality. She was awarded Youth of the Year 2012-2013. Tiara considers herself to be a very caring person and loves to help people grow. She enjoys hanging out with friends, shopping, and all adventurous activities. Family is a big part of who she is.

MICHAEL GADDY
General Manager - Tuscaloosa South
From Tuscaloosa, AL, Michael has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since March 2014. He graduated from Hillcrest High School and attended the University of Alabama. Michael has 12 years in the restaurant industry. He first joined Aloha as a line cook and worked his way to management within a year. He and his wife, Haley, have 2 kids, Dax and Silas. They enjoy going to concerts and spending time with loved ones.

DWIGHT GAINES
Director of Service - Tuscaloosa South
From Tuscaloosa, AL, Dwight has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since April 2013. He attended Tuscaloosa County High School and the University of Alabama. Dwight was a former owner and operator of Soul Delicious Restaurant, General Manager at Travel Centers of America, Manager at O'Charley's, and General Manager at Bob's Victory Grille. Dwight was also awarded the Golden Chef Award. He's a proud son of SN and Annie Gaines. His hobbies included tennis, basketball, and purchasing/restoring both commercial and residential properties.

From Birmingham, AL, Willie has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since February 2004. He has been in the restaurant industry all his life. Willie loves sports and spending time with his family.

COURTNEY HALL
Sous Chef - Tuscaloosa South
From Tuscaloosa, AL, Courtney has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since August 2011. He has worked in many restaurants for many years. Courtney has 3 brothers and 2 sisters.

From Birmingham, AL, Johnny has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since October 2017. He graduate from G.W. Carver High School and started working in the restaurant industry ever since.

SAM MAYFIELD
Director of Service - Daphne
From Gulf Breeze, FL, Sam has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since May 2012. He graduated from Gulf Breeze High School and got his I.T. education at University of West Florida. Sam first started at The Compleat Angler where he was promoted to Mangager before coming to Baumhower's. He met is wife, Maria, of almost 7 years while serving at The Compleat Angler. Together they have Baxter, a King Charles Cavalier, and Daisy, an Australian Shepherd. Sam's hobbies include P.C. gaming, collecting vintage Nintendo games, and playing World of Warcraft together.

CHRIS PATTON
Director of Hospitality - Daphne
From Sacramento, CA, Chris has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since March 2019. He received his education from Folsom High School and Sacramento City Junior College. Chris loves spending time with his kids and watching all sports. He was awards Employee of the Month many times as well as Superior of the Month.

GALEN COLEMAN
Head Chef - Daphne
From Erie, PA, Galen has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since May 2021. He went to East Academy High School and loves spending time with his 3 kids.

GREG LUDGOOD
Sous Chef - Daphne
From Mobile, AL, Greg has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since 2010. He has been in the restaurant industry since 1993, where he started out at Roussos Restaurant before coming to The Compleat Angler. Greg loves spending time with his grandkids.

MATTHEW GAITHER
General Manager - Mobile
From Birmingham, AL, Matthew has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since September 2021. He attended Southern State Community College before managing at Mama Goldbergs, Dominos, and Hooters. Matthew has been in the restaurant industry for 4 years and received Manager of the Quarter twice during his time at Hooters. He enjoys hiking, kayaking, backpacking, and reading in his spare time.

RAVEN JOHNSON
Director of Service - Mobile
From Los Angeles, CA, Raven has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since May 2021. She previously worked at Hooter's for 8 years and went to trade school to receive her CDL. Raven enjoys swimming and playing video games.

THEO BURRUSS
Head Chef - Mobile
Theo is from Huntsville, AL and attended Le Cordon Blue Culinary School in 2005-2006. He has been apart of Aloha Hospitality since July 2017. Theo has been cooking for over 20 years with a background in French and Italian cuisine. He previously worked at Mac Grille as a New Store Opener and Trainer in 2008 and 2013. He also worked at Aloha Hospitality concept, Dauphin's, in 2017 and became a trainer in 2019. Theo was nominated for Employee of the Year back-to-back 2019-2020 for back of the house at Dauphin's. He is the youngest of 15 children and been married to his wife for 10 years with 6 daughters and 1 son.

CRAIG MURDOCK
General Manager - Montgomery
From Gulf Shores, AL, Craig has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since November 2020. He graduated from The University of Alabama in 1991 with a Bachelor's in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Craig has over 30 years management experience with resorts and restaurants. He has a son who is a junior at Alabama. Craig enjoys spending time with his son and dog and going to the gym.

LUTHER BULLOCK
Director of Service - Montgomery
From Fort Walton Beach, FL, Luther has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since February 2012. He has been in the restaurant industry for 33 years. Luther holds an Associates degree in Fire Science Technology and a BS in Resource Management. He was a professional fire fighter for 7 years and managed an A&P for 7 years before turning to his hospitality career. Luther is happily married to his wife of 18 years. He enjoys hunting, shooting, fishing and all things outdoors.

KRISTINE SEALS
Director of Café - Montgomery
From Mobile, AL, Kristine has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since August 2006. She received her Bachelor's in Criminal Justice in 2008 and her Bachelor's in Forensic Chemistry in 2014. Kristine began as a server at Baumhower's, worked her way up to cashier, expo, bartender, and now management. She has one daughter and enjoys swimming, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

LORENZO MILLER
Head Chef - Montgomery
From Tuscaloosa, AL, Lorenzo has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since April 2005. He graduated from Hillcrest High School and has been with Baumhower's ever since. Lorenzo has two kids and enjoys spending time with family, fishing, and cooking outdoors.

SHAUNDALE JERIDO
Sous Chef - Montgomery
From Wetumpka, AL, Shaundale has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since February 2018. He graduated from Wetumpka High School and has been in the hospitality industry ever since. Shaundale has 3 kids and enjoys spending time with his kids every chance he gets. He's a big fan of the Florida Gators and Dallas Cowboys.
