RACHEL FERRAND
Associate General Manager
Born in New Orleans, LA and raised in Miami, FL, Rachel has been a team member since November 2015. She attended Loyola University for Psychology/Pre-Medicine. She also attended Johnson and Wales University for her culinary degree, pastry degree, food management business degree, and wine and spirits certification. In addition to the pastry degree, Rachel also received a diploma from École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie in Yssingeaux, France for Pastry Arts. She's been trained by the Brennan's Family, owner of Commander's Palace, and other world championship winning chefs from throughout the world. Rachel has a sixteen year old son named Benjamin. She loves yoga & working out, going to the beach, and mixed-media art.

Manager
Dana has been working in the restaurant industry since 1997. Her hometown is Mobile, AL, where she attended the University of South Alabama for Criminal Justice and Political Science. Dana has been a team member since January 2020. She won Best Eastern Shore Coffee Shop 3 years in a row before coming to Aloha Hospitality. Dana is an avid animal lover and enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending her free time taking care of her family.
