Kaitlyn’s favorite part of her job is meeting the guests and learning a little about them during conversation, as well as working with her great team. She tells about how much it meant to her for them to recently celebrate her birthday with flowers and cake. She describes her team as strong individuals, and she is proud that she has helped, and is still helping, them grow into the successful team that they have become. Kaitlyn owns a small art business, and she loves to bake as a hobby. Her favorite dish at Baumhower’s is the Black and White Chicken Wrap.
