MIKE MILLER
Area Director - Rocket Region
Mike is from Homewood, AL, and he has been in the restaurant business for 25 years. Mike started as a bartender at Baumhower’s Tuscaloosa North location in 1995 where he eventually became a General Manager and worked at that location for 10 years. His career then led to working in several different hospitality positions including country clubs, corporate dining, fast casual and other sports-themed concepts. His positions included General Manager, District Manager and Operations Manager. He rejoined Aloha in 2024 as Baumhower’s Area Director of the Rocket Region. His current responsibilities include providing support and leadership for the management teams and staff for the Rocket Region restaurants in central and northern Alabama. Mike considers the most rewarding aspect of his job to be building relationships with his teams and guests. Mike has two grown children: Ashlynn (an ER nurse who had worked for Baumhower’s and Dauphin’s while in college) and Chase who is in Engineering School at UAB. He also has 10-year-old twins, Hannah and Luke. He enjoys spending time with his family travelling, being outdoors, playing soccer, baseball and biking. Mike’s favorite dishes at Baumhower’s are the Tailgate Burger and Wings or Hot Lips with Wesley’s Garlic BBQ sauce.
HUNTSVILLE

XAVIER CRAWLEY
General Manager - Huntsville
Xavier is from San Diego, CA, and has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since February 2013. He graduated with a B.A. in Business Management from Alabama A&M University in 2001. Xavier has work experience with Target stores, Starbucks coffee, Dreamland BBQ, and Belk before coming to Baumhower’s Victory Grille. He enjoys anything related to athletics and working out routinely. Xavier and his wife, Stephanie, have four daughters: Jordan, Kayla, Courtney and Natalie; and one granddaughter: Shayla.

JAMES VADEN
Director of Service - Huntsville
From Hawthorne, NV, James has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since May 2019. He graduated from Mineral County High School in 1991, Lassen Community College in 1994, and University of Alabama Birmingham in 1996. James worked at Wings Sports Grille from 1996-2001 before going to Ruby Tuesday as a General Manager and Director of Operations from 2001-2010. He received the Guest Service Award for 2005-2006. He was raised, and currently lives, in Scottsboro, AL. James and his wife of 22 years, Julie Vaden, have three kids: Taylor, Conner, and Owen. Conner and Owen keep the family busy by playing sports year-round: flag football, soccer, basketball and baseball. The Vadens also enjoy going to local sporting events,
such as, the Rocket City Trash Panda’s, UAB football games, and especially the Atlanta Braves.

CRAIG MURDOCK
Director of Café - Huntsville
From Gulf Shores, AL, Craig has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since November 2020. He graduated from The University of Alabama in 1991 with a Bachelors in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Craig has over 30 years of management experience with resorts and restaurants. He has a son who is a junior at Alabama. Craig enjoys spending time with his son and dog and going to the gym.

GARRETT SAYRE
Director of Hospitality - Huntsville
From Vestavia Hills, AL, Garrett has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since November 2019. He graduated from Vestavia Hills High School. Garrett was an Employee Training Coordinator for four years at Cracker Barrel and a bartender at Brio Tuscan Grille before coming to Baumhower's. Garrett loves the Dallas Mavericks and the Florida Gators.

MONTERICE COSBY
Head Chef - Huntsville
Born and raised in Huntsville, AL, Monterice has worked at Aloha Hospitality for 22 years. He attended Drake State for Business Administration. Monterice has also been a Kitchen Manager/General Manager at O’Charley’s and an Area Director for New Generations Foods. He has been married to his wife for 10 years. He has four children, three stepchildren and eight grandchildren. He loves spoiling his grandbabies.

JOSH BLOCKER
Sous Chef - Huntsville
Joshua is from Dothan, AL, and he graduated from Northview High School. He has been in the restaurant business for 17 years. He began working at Little Ceasar’s when he was high school in 2009 and worked his way up to assistant manager in 2012. He began working for Baumhower’s in Auburn in 2013 and is now in the Huntsville location. Joshua won the “Employee of the Year” award in 2015 and 2017, and the “Best of the Best” award for sous chef in 2022. Joshua comes from a family of eight, including four sisters and one brother. He enjoys cooking for his family and taking long walks on the beach every Saturday. His favorite menu item is the Hamburger Steak.
TUSCALOOSA NORTH

TROY JENKINS
General Manager - Tuscaloosa North
Troy is a graduate of Ole Miss. He has 36 years in the restaurant industry, and he got his start at the original McAlister's Deli. He was part of the group that took the franchise to South Carolina, served as Vice President of MAC Corporation, developed the state and was named Franchisee of the year. He then moved on to concepts such as Carolina Ale House where he served as General Manager, Cracker Barrel where he served as General Manager and was then promoted to District Manager. He later took a position as Senior Director with Morrison Healthcare. He has been with Aloha for the past four and one-half years. As far as the favorite part of his job, Troy says that he was born and raised with SEC football and that he is fortunate to work with an organization in the heart of the SEC, that allows him to interact with some of the best fans around, as well as meeting and getting to know the coaching staff and players at the University of Alabama. He loves the four-day work week at Baumhower’s that allows him to be able to spend quality time with his friends and family. Troy is the proud father of twin boys Gage and Grady, who both still reside in South Carolina. He loves anything outdoors, including hunting, fishing, white water rafting, SEC football, the mountains in the fall and the beach in the summer. His favorite dishes are the Fried Mozzarella, Black and White Chicken Platter, and the Fried Banana Pudding.

LATOYA BANKS
Director of Service - Tuscaloosa North
From Tuscaloosa, AL, Latoya has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since November 2010. She is a mother of two daughters, 20 and 15 years old. Latoya enjoys singing, reading, and cooking. Her favorite color is purple, and she is the Choir Director of the St. Peter AME Zion Church Mass Choir.

DANIEL JONES
Director of Café - Tuscaloosa South
From Tuscaloosa, AL, Daniel has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since August 2024. He has spent 15 years in the service industry, most recently in upper management and corporate roles. Daniel’s favorite things to do are hunting, fishing, and throwing darts. His favorite menu item is our Hot Lips.

MICHAEL GADDY
Head Chef - Tuscaloosa North
From Tuscaloosa, AL, Michael has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since March 2014. He graduated from Hillcrest High School and attended the University of Alabama. Michael has 12 years in the restaurant industry. He and his wife, Haley, have two kids, Dax and Silas. They enjoy going to concerts and spending time with loved ones.

BOBBY CUNNINGHAM

From Tuscaloosa, Bobby has more than eight years in the restaurant industry. He has been with Aloha for almost two years. Bobby is a graduate of Paul W Bryant High School. He is married with five children (one girl and four boys). Bobby is very proud of his position as a manager, and he is excited about growing with the company.

JAYNE JACKSON
General Manager - Tuscaloosa South
From Memphis, TN, Jayne has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since February 2021. She graduated with a B.S. in Biology from Rhodes College in 2008. Jayne started as a server and worked her way up to Service Manager and Kitchen Manager in 14 years at On the Border Mexican Grill and Cantina. She moved to Huntsville to be near her brother, sister-in-law, and two amazing nephews. Jayne enjoys spending her free time with her family, reading, cooking, running, and hiking.

SONYA CHAPPELL
Director of Service - Tuscaloosa South
Sonya Chappell has been in the restaurant industry for 18 years, and actually began her career with Aloha originally in 2006! She graduated high school from West End Christian. Started her work career in retail, then to bookkeeping/office manager, then became employed at the University of Alabama. She began working in the Psychology department before moving on to the Arts & Sciences Dean's Office. While at UA, she also began working at Baumhower's part-time as a cashier. She worked both at UA and Baumhower’s for 5 years. During those 5 years, she worked her way up to a FOH key at Baumhower’s. A manager position became available and she accepted the position and left UA. She has been in the restaurant industry ever since. Sonya has a son who is a Meteorologist and works at WCBI in Columbus, MS. He also teaches at Mississippi State. Her mom and sister live in Florida, who she tries to see as much as she can. She has one cat named Baby Miracle and she will be 20 years old in September. Sonya throws darts in the T-Town dart league on Tuesday nights.

JORDAN WIDIS
Director of Café - Tuscaloosa South
Jordan is originally from Roswell, GA. He graduated from high school and attended the University of Alabama for a while before joining Baumhower’s in June 2021. He was a member of the Best of Bob team in 2023. His hobbies include playing volleyball, collecting board games and retro gaming. His favorite dish is the Hamburger Steak with broccoli and black beans & rice.

ANGELA ALBRIGHT
Director of Hospitality - Tuscaloosa South
From Tuscaloosa, AL, Angela has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since August 2024. She graduated from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. Angela has fourteen years of experience in the restaurant industry as a General Manager, Catering Manager, and an event planner. She is married to her husband, Brian, of 17 years. They have three adult children combined, two daughters and a son, as well as a granddaughter, grandson, and two fur babies. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, pool days, and having a glass of wine and dinner with my closest friends. Angela’s favorite menu item is our Char-Grilled Black + White Chicken.

From Birmingham, AL, Willie has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since February 2004. He has been in the restaurant industry all his life. Willie loves sports and spending time with his family.

PAUL MOMOH
Sous Chef - Tuscaloosa South
From Tuscaloosa, AL, Paul has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since August 2020. He has been in the restaurant industry for four years. Paul graduated from Paul W. Bryant High School and attended The University of South Alabama, where he pursued Business and Communication studies. Before coming to Baumhower's, he was gravitated to the culinary arts after his time as a sous chef for a fraternity at The University of Alabama. He enjoys everything from preparation to execution and the fast pace and grind of it all. Paul has won multiple awards including: MVPs, B.O.B. (Best of the Best) Sous Chef, and 2023 Sous Chef of the Year. He enjoys being a father to his four children, Zion, Zoey, Emerie, and Zamir, watching college football, traveling, experiencing cuisines and cultures, helping others, and learning new ideas and concepts. His favorite menu item is our Naan Chicken Philly.

DON PARKER
General Manager - Vestavia
From Fort Lauderale, FL, Don has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since August 1993. He has been in the restaurant industry for 35 years and has worked all over the state of Alabama for several of Aloha’s concepts, especially Baumhower’s Victory Grille. Don has four great children: Ashley, Joshua, Christopher and Matthew

TRAVIS GIBBS
General Manager in Training - Vestavia
Travis is from Augusta, GA, and he has been in the restaurant industry for 25 years. He recently joined the Aloha Team. He studied at Augusta State University, and he is very passionate about the restaurant industry. His career has included working in Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh and he is happy to now reside in Birmingham. Travis is proud that his management teams over the years have always had a very low turnover. He is married, and his family includes two grandchildren. He is a huge fan of all Georgia sports teams, including the Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Falcons and the Georgia Bulldogs. He also loves music concerts and has been to almost 40 Phish performances. His favorite dishes at Baumhower’s are the wings and homemade mozzarella cheese.

JEREMY BEASLEY
General Manager in Training - Vestavia
Jeremy has almost 20 years in the restaurant industry, and he has been with Aloha since March 2026. He holds a degree in Homeland Security/Public Safety, and he worked in this field until transitioning into the restaurant industry. He was a former manager at Mellow Mushroom, Olive Garden and Taco Mama restaurants before coming to Baumhower’s. Jeremy is happily married, and his family includes a boy and a girl. He enjoys spending time with his family, and they enjoy going out on their boat. He also enjoys playing golf and watching sports. His favorite dish at Baumhower’s is the Wings!

LYNNE MOYERS
Director of Service - Vestavia
From Homewood, AL, Lynne has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since January 2023. She attended Homewood High School, graduated from UAB with a degree in Early Childhood Education, and has been in the restaurant industry for 25 years. Lynne has one daughter and two cats. On her off days she enjoys traveling to her family home in southwest Virginia, going to the lake, spending time with friends, and chilling at home. Her favorite menu item is our Naan Chicken Philly with Jerk Sauce.

KEITH MORRELL
Director of Café - Vestavia
Keith is from Prattville, AL, and graduated in Computer Science Information from Trenholm State. He has been with Aloha Hospitality since May of 2018. He has been in the restaurant industry since he was 16 and thoroughly enjoys his job.

DAVIS HALL
Director of Hospitality - Vestavia
Davis is from Pensacola, FL, and he graduated from the University of West Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He has been with Aloha Hospitality since January 2025. His restaurant career began at McGuire’s English Pub where he gained experience in Front of the House and Back of the House positions, which eventually led him to leading the floor. His experience also includes working in restaurants at Walt Disney World and as a Shift Lead Captain at Captain Crabs on the Beach, where he was nominated Employee of the Year. Davis teaches 8th grade boys Sunday School at Olive Baptist Church. He has a passion for restoring classic Dodge trucks and he is currently working on a 1987 Dodge Ram charger. He has also done some bull riding and is an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan. His favorite menu item is the Victory Burger.

From Childersburg, AL, Roe has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since April 2021. He attended Childersburg High School and worked at Jim-N-Nicks BBQ for 21 years. Roe is married with four children and loves poker, binge watching shows in his spare time, Dallas Cowboys and Georgia Bulldogs.

Brian is originally from Birmingham, AL. He has been in the restaurant industry for 20 years, and has a high school degree, as well as attending college for one year. He joined Baumhower’s in March 2019. His favorite dish is Nana’s Chicken Salad.

JUDY ZIMMER
General Manager - Millbrook
Judy is from Oshkosh, WI, and has been with Aloha since March 2025. She has 38 years in the restaurant business. She worked for 20 years at Country’s BBQ, which led to a General Manager position. She then worked as a GM at Cracker Barrel for 14 years, and as a GM at Jim and Nicks BBQ for three years.

Claire is from Tallapoosa, GA. She graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Alabama. She has worked in the restaurant industry for four years, beginning as a host and working her way up the ladder to her current position as Director of Hospitality. She has been with Baumhower’s since June 2021.

DESTINY CURTIS
Director of Café - Millbrook
Destiny is from Selma, AL, and she has 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry. She began her restaurant career at Zaxby’s and then transitioned to Cracker Barrel, where she advanced from server to associate manager and gained experience in team development, operations, guest satisfaction and finance. She joined Baumhower’s in February 2026. As Director of Café, her focus is on building strong teams, maintaining high standards and creating a consistently legendary guest experience – every guest, every time. She is passionate about mentoring and developing her team members and finds it very satisfying to teach them the skills and confidence they will need to succeed in their current roles and long-term careers. Destiny enjoys swimming, kayaking and walking. She strongly believes in self-improvement, so she works on financial literacy and dabbles in the stock market to build her retirement portfolio. She claims her life’s aspiration is to never stop learning! Her favorite dish at Baumhower’s is the Gooey Fries!

EMILY BURCH
Head Chef - Millbrook
Emily is from Millbrook, AL, and she has been in the service industry for 17 years. Emily holds a BA in history and a double minor in anthropology from AUM, and she served in the United States Air Force as a Security Forces member in Montana for four years. She started in the restaurant industry when she was 15 years-old and immediately fell in love with the industry. She began working in the front of the house and transitioned to the back of the house in 2023. Her restaurant experience includes working for the Texas Roadhouse, the Marriot (where she first became a chef) and the Officer’s Club on Maxwell Air Force Base.
She started working at Baumhower’s Victory Grille in March 2026. Emily has two children – Cheyenne who is 17 and Jac who is 10. She also owns a dog (Reika), three cats and a snake. She enjoys the outdoors, hiking, paddle boarding and being in the mountains. Her favorite dish at Baumhower’s is the Buffalo Mac and Cheese Bowl!

Montgomery, AL, James has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since February 2025. He has been in the restaurant industry for 23 years. James attended Carver high school and Alabama State University. He has worked and run some of the best restaurant concepts in the Miami area for the past 20+ years. James loves football, basketball, and live music. His favorite menu item is the Caribbean Grilled White Fish.

GABRIEL KLUCK
Area Director - Battleship Region
From D’Iberville, MS, Gabriel has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since January 2023. He has been in the restaurant industry for 28 years. Gabriel has a Marine Biology degree and was a chef for over ten years before moving into management. He was awarded the Wild Game Gumbo Contest Winner and had the opportunity to be a Serve Safe Proctor. Gabriel also participated in Chefs on the Coast and Memphis in May. He enjoys the outdoors, archery, fishing, going to concerts, and spending time with family. Gabriel’s favorite menu item is our Black and White Chicken.

CRYSTAL YOUNG
General Manager - Daphne
From Spanish Fort, AL, Crystal has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since October 2023. She has been in the restaurant industry for 16 years. She graduated from Spanish Fort High School in 2008 and accepted an ROTC scholarship to South Alabama where she attended before deciding that the restaurant industry is what she loves. Crystal started as a server at Cracker Barrel and worked her way up to employee training coordinator, associate manager, senior associate manager, then general manager. She has been recognized as District ETC, Associate Manager of the Year, and chosen for a company-wide training video. Crystal and her wife recently moved to Daphne to be closer to family. They like to spend their time on their boat on the river, going to the beach, fishing, and doing crafts together. Her favorite menu item is our Buffalo Mild Hot Lips with ranch and curly-q fries.

REBECCA HURST
Director of Service - Daphne
From Satsuma, AL, Rebecca has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since November 2023. She has been in the restaurant industry for 15 years. Rebecca started as a server at a mom and pop restaurant called Burger Master and worked her way up to management at Applebee’s and Cracker Barrel. Being a mom of three keeps her busy but when she does have spare time she enjoys couponing, shopping, and video games. Rebecca received employee of the year for three years in a row at Cracker Barrel. Her favorite menu item is our Gooey Wingfinger Bowl.

JILLIAN KELLY
Director of Café - Daphne
From Dozier, AL, Jillian has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since August 2023. She graduated from Straughn High School, attended Lurleen B Wallace Community College, Troy University, and has been in the restaurant industry for one year. Lillian started out as a server, then was offered the front of house key position, which helped her grow into the director she is today. For the last few years, she has volunteered at a 501c3 non profit animal rescue. Lillian enjoys spending time with her dogs and family and helping her dad at his ATV park. Her favorite menu item is our Strawberry Shortcake.

MADISON DUNCAN
Director of Hospitality - Daphne
Madison Duncan brings a strong foundation of hospitality experience and a genuine passion for people to the Aloha team. Originally from Saraland, Alabama, she joined Aloha in April 2024 with over six years of experience in the restaurant industry. Prior to joining the team, Madison spent four years with Cracker Barrel and two years at Baumhower’s Victory Grille in Daphne, where she developed her skills in guest service and team collaboration. Madison was honored with the RHA Award and named MVP of the Year in 2025. Before transitioning into the restaurant world, she also spent three years as a preschool teacher. Outside of work, Madison enjoys spending quality time with her family and her 8-year-old, especially playing soccer together. She also loves reading and relaxing with loved ones. When she’s in the restaurant, you can often find her recommending her favorite menu item—the Buffalo Chicken Dip.

ASHLEY WALKER
Head Chef - Daphne
Ashley joined Baumhower’s Victory Grille in Daphne as a chef in November 2025. She has 13 years of restaurant experience, which includes working at Cracker Barrel, coffee shop cafés and several restaurants in Mobile, including Noja. She graduated from Bishop State Community College with an associate’s degree in culinary arts.
Ashley grew up on the Gulf and spent most of her free time fishing in Mobile Bay and playing in a band. She was married in March 2025, and her family includes two younger brothers, one niece, one nephew, as well as two dogs and two cats. Her love of cooking comes from growing up in her family, and her fondest memories are spending time at family gatherings. Her favorite dish at Baumhower’s is the Gooey Fries.

CLEVELAND BROWN
Sous Chef - Daphne
From Mobile, AL, Cleveland has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since 2022. He has been in the restaurant industry for 20 years. Cleveland was a manager at Walk On's and a shift leader at Buffalo Wild Wings before joining our team. He has achieved the B.O.B. (Best of the Best) List twice and is striving for first place soon. Cleveland has two beautiful kids, who love to go fishing and take trips together. His favorite menu item is our Shrimp & Grits.

ASHLEY PENNINGTON
General Manager - Foley
From Enterprise, AL, Ashley originally became a team member at Aloha Hospitality in February 2018 and reestablished with the company in June 2022. She has been in the restaurant industry for 12 years. Ashely started bartending at 21 for numerous restaurants, clubs, and dive bars. She worked her way from the kitchen in 2015, to Kitchen Manager, to Assistant General Manager. Ashley played softball at Shelton State in Tuscaloosa. Her best pal is a German shorthaired pointer named Draco. She enjoys reading, fishing, and anything to do with water. It’s hard for her to pick a favorite menu item because she thinks all of the food is amazing.

SAM MAYFIELD
Director of Service - Foley
From Gulf Breeze, FL, Sam has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since May 2012. He graduated from Gulf Breeze High School and got his I.T. education at University of West Florida. Sam first started at The Compleat Angler where he was promoted to Manager before coming to Baumhower’s. He met his wife, Maria, of almost seven years while serving at The Compleat Angler. Together they have Baxter, a King Charles Cavalier, and Daisy, an Australian Shepherd. Sam’s hobbies include P.C. gaming, collecting vintage Nintendo games, and playing World of Warcraft together.

ERIN WAITE
Director of Café - Foley
Erin is originally from Spanish Fort, AL, and has 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry. She originally majored in criminal justice, but fell in love with the hospitality industry, and she has been in restaurant management for more than two decades. She has been with Baumhower’s since February 2026. Erin has two daughters and she enjoys going to the beach and generally enjoys most sports. Her favorite dish at Baumhower’s is the Tripleplay Fries!

PATRICK "PJ" DANAHER
Director of Hospitality - Foley
Pj is from St. Augustine, FL, and was raised in Magnolia Springs, AL. He graduated from Foley High School and received an associate’s degree in business at Columbia Southern University. He has five years of restaurant industry and retail experience. He worked in food and beverage at the Wharf for two years and retail management for three years. He has been with Aloha since March 2024. He is the oldest son in his family and has one older sister and two younger brothers. Pj loves working out, watching sports and playing golf. His favorite menu item at Baumhower’s is Wesley’s Hot Lips in the 911 sauce with sweet potato fries!

From Montgomery, AL, Michael has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since September 1998. He has been in the restaurant industry for 35 years. Michael attended The Culinary Institute of Virginia College. His favorite menu item is our Allie Marie.

JERAN HOLDEN
Sous Chef - Foley
Jerome is originally West Blockton, AL. He has worked in the restaurant business for 10 years and joined Aloha in July 2023. He started working in restaurants after graduating from high school and attended trade school in culinary arts. He enjoys gaming, and he likes listening to his favorite music really loud!

MATTHEW GAITHER
General Manager - Mobile
From Birmingham, AL, Matthew has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since September 2021. He attended Southern State Community College before managing at Mama Goldbergs, Dominos, and Hooters. Matthew has been in the restaurant industry for four years and received Manager of the Quarter twice during his time at Hooters. He enjoys hiking, kayaking, backpacking, and reading in his spare time.

ERIK MORRIS
Director of Service - Mobile
Erik grew up in Philadelphia, and you will not find a bigger Philadelphia Eagles fan! He has been in the restaurant industry for 12 years. Once he graduated high school, he worked his way up the chain of command at Buffalo Wild Wings. He is extremely proud of being responsible for opening the Buffalo Wild Wings in Foley and setting a franchise record in sales the second year he was there. As the Director of Service at Baumhower’s, his responsibilities include directing a caring staff to guarantee a legendary experience to all the guests on each visit! His favorite part of the job is interacting with the guests in a positive manner and creating a great rapport and friendship with them. He has also enjoyed making friends with the staff, whom he now considers family. Erik has a son named Enzo, and he is very excited to become engaged to his girlfriend of seven years very soon. He claims his favorite menu item at Baumhower’s is the Pot Roast!

AARON SANDERS
Director of Café - Mobile
From Richardson, TX, Aaron has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since April 2022. He has been in the restaurant industry for 12 years. Aaron graduated high school in 2010 and joined the US Army. After he got out in 2012, he started his career in the restaurant industry. Aaron has worked every position in several different concepts, from Mom and Pop diners to fine dining. His favorite menu item is our Black and White Chicken.

JUNE BREWER
Director of Hospitality - Mobile
June is from McCalla, AL, and she has been with Aloha since November 2023. June has been in the restaurant industry for most of her life, and has held positions of server, bartender and key holder. She has always been in the Front of the House of the restaurants and has thoroughly enjoyed all her positions. She previously worked at Outback Steakhouse, Longhorn Steakhouse, and a few mom-and-pop restaurants. June claims that the favorite part of her job is meeting new people. She enjoys making that connection with people and making our guests want to continue to come back to see us. She is a mother of four children that includes a daughter, three sons along with two granddaughters She states that being a mother and grandmother is her greatest achievement. She enjoys going to the beach and tries to visit Universal Studios in Orlando every chance she gets. June’s two favorite menu items are the fried pickles and sweet potato fries.

CICI BARBEE
Head Chef - Mobile
From South Carolina, Cici has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since August 2021. She has been in the restaurant industry for 12 years. Cici is a Certified Dental Assistant but enjoys the fast pace work environment of restaurants. She was a Certified Training Coordinator at Texas Roadhouse and has won our B.O.B. and MVP awards throughout her tenure with Baumhower’s. Cici enjoys playing basketball and softball, loves the outdoors, and spending time with her large family. Her favorite menu item is our Bam Bam Shrimp.

LESLIE PAYNE
General Manager - Montgomery
From Raleigh, NC, Leslie has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since September 2023. She has been in the restaurant industry for 23 years. Leslie began her career in 2022 with Baumhower’s, then known as Wings, as she worked her way through school at Troy University. After graduation, she worked in many management positions, eventually finding her way back to Baumhower’s to continue growing her career. Leslie has a 16 year old daughter and a nine year old son whom her world revolves around. On her off days, they take “mom walks” to catch up on everyone’s “tea” from the week. Between school, work, and baseball, they stay on the go. Their favorite thing to do is a road trip to their family’s lake house on Lake Mitchell and visit family down in St. Petersburg. Her favorite menu item is our Black and White Chicken Platter.

KENYA MORRIS
Director of Hospitality - Montgomery
From Montgomery, AL, Kenya has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since April 2023. She has been in the restaurant industry for 35 years. Kenya has worked for Red Lobster, Shoney’s, Wintzell’s, Dining 1on1, and has owned a restaurant and hospitality consulting company. She loves to read, Bible journaling, and planning. She’s also the worship leader at her church and loves to sing. Kenya was nominated for Front of House Employee of the year with ARHA in 2015. Her favorite menu items are our Rajin’ Cajun wings and Triple Play Cheese Fries.

Luther is from Fort Walton Beach, FL, and has been in the restaurant business for more than 33 years. He has been with Aloha since February 2012. Luther’s career included working at Ruby Tuesday for 12 years, more than 12 years at Fudpuckers and being a manager at A&P Grocery for seven years. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Fire Science Technology and a B.S. Degree in Resource Management. Luther is proud to have served as a firefighter for seven years and has numerous state certificates in firefighting. He has been married for 18 years, and his hobbies include hunting, shooting, fishing and other outdoor activities. His favorite meal at Baumhower’s is Hamburger Steak.

Michael is from Montgomery, Alabama, and he has been with Aloha since 2020. He has been in the restaurant business for 25 years, mostly as a cook.

ANNA ELMORE
General Manager - Troy
From Enterprise, AL, Anna has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since May 2023. She has been in the restaurant industry for 23 years, where she started serving and bartending before working her way up to management. Anna has a wonderful husband, Brandon, and beautiful children. They enjoy hiking and camping together. She has two dogs named Nico and Cyndr. Anna enjoys riding on her horse named Helen. Her favorite menu item is our Lemon Pepper Hot Traditional Wings.

JAZZ MONROE
General Manager in Training - Troy
Jazz is from Birmingham, AL, and she has 28 years in the restaurant industry and has been with Baumhower’s since March 2026. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and she has held numerous district-level positions in the restaurant and hospitality industry. She most recently was responsible for overseeing 12 locations, and she prides herself on a hands-on leadership role with strong accountability, and a focus on building teams that perform at a high level while maintaining a positive culture. Jazz is a proud single mom of two, which she believes has taught her resilience, adaptability, and how to lead with both accountability and heart. Outside of work, she enjoys writing and personal growth, and she’s always looking for ways to better herself and the people around me. She has a strong commitment in showing up, doing things the right way, and taking care of people—both at home and at work. Her favorite dish at Baumhower’s is the Hamburger Steak!

KARI DANIEL
Director of Service - Troy
From Highland Home, AL, Kari has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since March 2024. She has been in the restaurant industry for 14 years. Kari has her associate’s degree in science, and she previously worked for Cracker Barrel for 14 years. Kari is happily married to her husband, Timothy, of five years. She loves spending time with family, friends, and her fur babies. Kari loves to read and be outside sunbathing or grilling with her husband. She has been awarded Employee of the Month multiple times, Hospitality Hero, and also received Team Player Awards. Her favorite menu items are our Honey Garlic Hot Lips, Spencer’s Gooey Fries, and Fried Banana Pudding.

Charles is originally from Wicksburg, Alabama. He is currently studying for his BBA in Entrepreneurship. He previously worked for two years at Guthrie’s, including one as a manager. He joined Baumhower’s in October 2025. Charles’s entire family currently resides in Statesboro, Georgia. His hobbies include golfing, working out, hunting and all sports in general.

SHAUNDALE JERIDO
Head Chef - Troy
From Wetumpka, AL, Shaundale has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since February 2018. He graduated from Wetumpka High School and has been in the hospitality industry ever since. Shaundale has three kids and enjoys spending time with his kids every chance he gets. He’s a big fan of the Florida Gators and Dallas Cowboys.

SAVANNAH HARRELL
Sous Chef - Troy
From Troy, AL, Taria has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since September 2023. Savannah graduated high school and became a line cook. She loves cooking, baking, arts and crafts. Her favorite menu item is our Grilled Gulf Shrimp.
