BOB BAUMHOWER

CEO + Head Fry Cook

From Fairhope, AL, Bob founded Aloha Hospitality in 1981. Bob owns and operates 14 concepts across the state of Alabama. Previously, Baumhower played in the National Football League for the Miami Dolphins and the University of Alabama. He is a five-time Pro Bowler with the Miami Dolphins, member of the Miami Dolphins’ Ring of Honor and two-time All-American at the University of Alabama. His experience on the playing field has inspired Baumhower’s restaurants and provided the discipline and dedication to deliver the finest food and dining experience around.

SPENCER BAUMHOWER

COO + Legendary Wingman

From Fairhope, AL, Spencer has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since 2008. He started as a busser, then server, then bartender, worked through HOH, and eventually became a key employee. Spencer moved to an assistant manager once he graduated from college, working his way up to GM within a couple years. He held the position of Field Training Operations and oversaw all MIT training and operations of the training store. Spencer then got in multi-unit management  in 2019, got promoted to Vice President of Operations, then COO in 2021. He is close to his 3 siblings: Anne, Allie, and Wesley. Spencer is a former collegiate athlete and loves fitness, sports, and legendary food. He has a huge passion for people and helping others succeed professionally and in life. He enjoys deep sea fishing, diving, and investing in sports trading cards.

ZACK COMPTON

Director of Kitchen Operations

From Douglasville, GA, Zack has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since May 2011. He attended Culinary School in Austin, TX at Texas Culinary Academy and Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. He previously worked for #1 Zagat Rated Cajun Restaurant in Atlanta, GA. Zack has been with Aloha ever since, helping open multiple concepts for the past 10 years. He is married with 4 daughters and enjoys outdoor activities with his girls, fishing, camping, hunting, and watersports.

GEORGE BAILEY

Director of Special Operations

George is from Anniston, AL and has been at Aloha Hospitality since March 2002. He graduated from Jacksonville State University. George has worked for Darryl's and Houlihan's Restaurants & Top O' the River Restaurants. He has been married for 28 years and has two grown children and one spoiled dog.

WENDY NECAISE

Executive Assistant

From Mobile, AL, Wendy has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since February 2007. She graduated from the University of South Alabama in 2005 and has been in the hospitality industry for most of her adult life. She started as a hostess at Red Lobster, later becoming a waitress/bartender for O'Charley's and Old Bay Steamer, before finding a home at Aloha Hospitality as HR Coordinator and HR Director. Wendy briefly left in 2013 but still worked part-time for Aloha as a training consultant. Bob asked Wendy in 2015 to come back full-time and help with Marketing and work as his assistant. She is a mother of 3 beautiful and talented daughters: Sydney, Emily, and Olivia. She is also a Nini to her sweet grandchildren, Leo and Mia. Wendy loves to cook and feed her family and friends.

CHAE SAUCIER

Graphic Designer + Media Specialist

From Waveland, MS, Chae has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since January 2020. She graduated with her BFA in Graphic Design from Belhaven University in 2016 where she also played NAIA volleyball. Chae and her husband, Eric, have been married for 4 years and just welcomed a sweet baby boy to their family. They love spending time with their giant pups and being at the beach or out on the water as much as they can.

ALEXANDRA BALDWIN

Marketing Coordinator

From Chatom, AL, Alex has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since November 2018. She graduated from Coastal Alabama Community College with her Associate's Degree in Business Administration and from Alabama A&M University with her Bachelors of Sciences in Marketing. Alex was previously a Part Time Manager at Charming Charlie and Part Time Manager at Charlotte Russe before being hired as a server at our Baumhower's Huntsville location. Over the years, Alex worked in many front of house positions, such as cashier, team lead, server trainer, bartender, and travel trainer, just to name a few. In the summer of 2021, Alex joined the Support Center team as a Marketing Intern. Once her internship was completed, she stepped into her new position as Marketing Coordinator.  She enjoys traveling, hiking, and Sunday Funday brunch!

RICHARD ELLISON

CFO + Controller

From Spanish Fort, AL, Richard has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since August 2020. He graduated with his B.S. in Accounting from University of South Alabama. Richard previously worked 16 years in various financial roles at a large publicly held restaurant company and 23 years as Controller/CFO for a regional retail chain. He is a Certified Public Accountant and was awarded Aloha Hospitality's MVP for January 2021. Richard is married with two sons and one grandson. He enjoys boating, fishing, and spending time with family.

CINDY MYLES

Accounting + Sales Tax

From Mobile, AL, Cindy has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality for 20+ years. She went to high school at Ben C Rain in 1971, received her certificate from Huffstellar Business School in 1973, and attended the University of South Alabama. Cindy previously worked 27 years for Morrison and Ruby Tuesday before starting at Aloha Hospitality in August 2000. She has 3 children and 7 grandchildren. Her family loves spending time together, going to the beach, hunting, swimming, and cooking.

STACI BUSTLE

Assistant Controller

From Columbus, OH, Staci has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since October 2020. Staci starting working in the service industry in 1996. She has over 20 years experience in Human Resources, Payroll, and Accounting, working for restaurant, janitorial service, and insurance companies. Staci was born in Ohio but grew up in New Jersey and Florida. Her family moved to Alabama in 2009. Staci is a wife, mother to two great kids, and a grandmother to a perfect little boy. She enjoys sewing and monogramming.

ROBERT PEAK

Director of Human Resources

From Quitman, GA, Robert has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since March 2021. He graduated with his MBA in Human Resources from Colorado Technical University. Robert is a retired Marine with 22 years of service. He has worked as HR Manager for Lowe's, Ace Hardware, and the Hangout Hospitality Group. Robert enjoys being outdoors with his family and traveling to foreign countries.

CHRIS MYLES

Director of Assets

From Orange Beach, AL, Chris has been a team member of Aloha Hospitality since March 2010. Chris graduated from Mississippi State University and previously worked as a residential contractor and remodeler before joining the Aloha team. He enjoys hunting, being on his boat, and woodworking. Chris can't wait to teach his son Barrett everything he knows about his favorite things!

From New York, Christine has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality for almost 20 years. She loves spending time with her family and enjoys swimming, karate, and playing tennis.

From Rabun, AL, Jerry has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since January 2018. He has been an industrial electrician for the past 40+ years. Jerry enjoys hunting, antiquing, and restoring antique cars.
