ANTHONY GARCIA

General Manager

​

​Anthony is from Madrid, Spain, and he has been in the restaurant industry for more than 15 years. He joined the Aloha Team a year ago. He previously worked at Perry’s Steakhouse and has opened several other concepts during his career. He is passionate about fine dining, and he is proud to have mentored several managers and watched them grow in their positions. He spent a good portion of his childhood traveling and living in different parts of the world. He attended high school and The University of Texas, and he is a huge fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks and Texas Rangers. He enjoys watching sports and spending time with his dogs in his spare time. His favorite meal at Dauphin’s is Port Royal Chicken.

JASON TWILBECK

Director of Service

Jason is from St. Louis, MO, and has been with Aloha since May 2025. He has 22 years in the restaurant business. He has worked in several positions, including General Manager, mostly in casual dining. He is glad that he made the decision to switch to fine dining eight years ago and is very passionate about his job at Dauphin’s. He admires the diversity of backgrounds that make up the amazing team members and culture that thrives at Dauphin’s. Jason has been married for ten years, and his family includes two boys and a girl, who is the youngest of the children. He and his wife have both been in the service industry most of their lives. Jason loves to travel and spend time with his family. His favorite dish at Dauphin’s is Steak Diane.​

HANNAH KELLY

Director of Café / Mixologist

​Hannah is from Dunedin, FL, and she has been with Aloha since October 2017. Hannah graduated from Calvary Christian High School and then attended cosmetology school. She worked at hair salons since she was 16 and went into bartending at age 21. She developed a passion working as a bartender when she worked at her uncle’s restaurant/bar in Florida. She continued her career when she moved to Alabama in 2013 and started creating craft cocktails, which led to her position at Dauphin’s. Hannah claims this gave her the opportunity to take her career to the next level.

MAEGAN PARRILLO

Director of Outside Sales & Special Events

Maegan is from Spanish Fort, AL, and she has been with Aloha since 2016. Maegan graduated from Spanish Fort High School and then received a full volleyball scholarship to Faulkner State Community College. Maegan has gained experience in many roles at Dauphin’s, including host, bartender and server. She was also part of the opening team at Las Floriditas, where she worked as a bartender. In her current position as the Director of Outside Sales and Special Events at Dauphin’s and Las Floriditas, Maegan is responsible for coordinating a wide range of private events, including business dinners, bridal luncheons, rehearsal dinners, and other special occasions. She says the favorite part of her job at Dauphin’s/Las Floriditas is helping guests bring their vision to life. She enjoys working closely with them to plan and personalize their events, whether it’s a romantic rehearsal dinner or a polished corporate gathering. She says that seeing the excitement on their faces when everything comes together just the way they imagined is incredibly rewarding to her. Maegan enjoys spending quality time with her son and her partner, especially on the boat or at the beach. Being on the water is one of her favorite ways to relax and recharge. She also loves attending and hosting crawfish boils because it’s her favorite food, and she enjoys any chance to gather with her family and friends. Her favorite dish at Dauphin’s is the Haole Poke.

RONALD "CORKY" SULLIVAN

Executive Chef

​

Ronald is from Mobile, AL, and a graduate of the Gulf Coast Culinary Institute. He has been a team member of Aloha Hospitality since January 2016. Ronald was awarded Dauphin's Most Valuable Player in 2018. He was a former Sous Chef and Catering Director of Café 615 & former Head Chef of Shamrock Rose and Thistle. Ronald is an understudy of Chef Doug Kerr of Dragonfly Food Productions and is partial to Coastal Cuisine with Fusion techniques. He comes from a big family of talented, confident women and learned early on the importance of hard work and attention to detail from his late Father. Ronald is married to his wife Sylvia. They have two children, Christian and Leia. He enjoys the outdoors, gardening, smoking/curing meats, and pickling vegetables. Oysters are his favorite and serves them every Christmas. He believes there is incredible flavor to be found by knowing your roots!

BRIGHTON HARRISON

Sous Chef

​

From Mobile, AL, Brighton has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since August 2021. He has been in the restaurant industry for seven years. Brighton graduated from Mary G Montgomery High School in 2014 and has been in the industry ever since. He has worked his way up from line cook at Flipped Out Kitchen, to Assistant Culinary Manager training at Bonefish Grill, to now Sous Chef at Dauphin’s. Brighton received MVP in March and August of 2022. He is married to his wife, Amber, and has three younger siblings. Brighton enjoys camping with his family and dogs, kayaking, writing poetry, and cooking. His favorite menu item is our Steak a La Bimini.

MATT STEVANUS

Chef de Cuisine

Matt is from Honolulu, HI, and has been with Aloha Hospitality since July 2025. He has 15 years in the restaurant business and graduated from Culinard Culinary School in 2012. His career started as an intern at True Midtown Kitchen which led to working as a sous chef at Kitchen on George until they closed. He then worked The Noble South for three years which then led to him being an executive chef at Noja. Matt is an avid chess player and guitarist. His favorite menu it at Dauphin’s is Corky’s Grandma’s Conecuh Gravy.
