TOM YOUNG

Executive General Manager

Tom is from Birmingham, AL and has been a team member with Aloha Hospitality since March 2017. He attended the University of Alabama and has two daughters, youngest lives in Boston, MA working for Twitter & the oldest lives in Birmingham, AL as a speech pathologist. Tom's work experience includes General Manager for Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, General Manager for Lone Star Steakhouse, District Manager for Ruby Tuesday, and Managing Partner/District Manager for Romano's Macaroni Grill. He previously opened the 13th Macaroni Grill in the early nineties, ran the most profitable Macaroni Grill during his tenure, led Lone Star Steakhouse for growth in sales for 2 years, received District Manager of the month 7 times, and recorded the highest shopper's scores in the 9-store district for 2 years at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. Tom enjoys hiking and visiting National Parks, golfing, live music, and spending time at the beach.

LIBBY HARRISON

Associate General Manager, Director of Service, Director of Café

Libby is from Tuscaloosa, AL and has been an Aloha Hospitality team member since August 2017. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of South Alabama in 2004. Most of her career has been spent in the restaurant industry. She worked her way up from server to general manager from Ruby Tuesday and Romano's Macaroni Grill, working for each concept for 7 and 10 years. Libby has been recognized over the years for exceptional performance ranging from sales growth to low turnover to culinary experience. She is an avid reader, huge anime fan, enjoys traveling and spending time with family, and loves her chihuahua Lucille.

STACEY JORDAN

Director of Hospitality

Stacey was born and raised in Mobile, AL and went to school at Ben C. Rains High School. She's been apart of the Aloha team since April 2009. Stacy helped grow many of our concepts starting from Bimini Bobs, Compleat Angler, Baumhower's, and now Dauphin's. Her experience has ranged from Director of Service, Director of Café, Director of Hospitality, Kitchen Manager, and Interim GM. Stacy is a single mother with 3 daughters and 7 grandbabies.

RONALD "CORKY" SULLIVAN

Head Chef

Ronald is from Mobile, AL and a graduate of the Gulf Coast Culinary Institute. He has been a team member of Aloha Hospitality since January 2016. Ronald was awarded Dauphin's Most Valuable Player in 2018. He was a former Sous Chef and Catering Director of Café 615 & former Head Chef of Shamrock Rose and Thistle. Ronald is an understudy of Chef Doug Kerr of Dragonfly Food Productions and is partial to Coastal Cuisine with Fusion techniques. He comes from a big family of talented, confident women and learned early on the importance of hard work and attention to detail from his late Father. Ronald is married to his wife Sylvia. They have two children, Christian and Leia. He enjoys the outdoors, gardening, smoking/curing meats, and pickling vegetables. Oysters are his favorite and serves them every Christmas. He believes there is incredible flavor to be found by knowing your roots!

ILYZAR FLORES

Chef de Cuisine

From Delano, CA, Ilyzar has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since December 2019. He graduated from Virginia College in 2012. Ilyzar has been in the restaurant industry for 8 years and previously worked with Marriott for several years in various outlets, fine tuning multiple aspects of the service industry as a whole. He met his wife playing an online game, relocated from California to Alabama in 2011, and now have a beautiful daughter. They enjoy gaming together, gardening, and being with their child.

STEVE ZUCKER

Chef

From Roanoke Rapids, NC, Steve has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since January 2005. He received his Bachelor of Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales in Providence, RI. Throughout his career he has been a chef in New Orleans, Las Vegas, and Kapalua Maui. Steve has been named one of the "Ten Chefs to Watch" by Esquire, one of two "Great Young Chefs" from Southern Living, "Louisiana Chef to Watch" from Louisiana Cooking, and one of "Three Top Chefs in Las Vegas" by VIP Magazine. In 2009, he received Manager of the Year award from the Mobile Restaurant Association. He and his wife have been married for 25 years with 1 son. Steve enjoys golf, fishing, and cooking.
