DALE HARVEY

Interim General Manager

​​

From Biloxi, MS, Dale has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since March 2022. He has been in the restaurant industry for 17 years. Dale has his Bachelors and Masters in Business Administration, from The University of Mississippi, where he also played varsity football. Before joining Aloha, Dale worked as General Manager at Besh Hospitality Group, General Manager at Drago’s Seafood Restaurant, and Business Development Manager at Indy Mac Bank. Dale was awarded the Where Y’at Magazine Leader in New Orleans. He is a proud father of three children: Colin, 22; Katherine, 19; and Liam, 14. Dale enjoys playing golf and hiking in the mountains. His favorite menu item is our Pork Chop.

KIISHA JONES-HOLMES

Director of Service

From Mobile, AL, Kiisha has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since February 2017. She has been in the restaurant industry for 14 years, served in the United States Army for eight years, and worked in the healthcare field for five years. Kiisha loves enjoying life with her wonderful husband, Joseph, for 14 years. They have three beautiful children together: Amari, Joseph Jr, and Maddix. On her off days, she enjoys spending quality time and creating memories with her family, relaxing, and shopping. Her favorite menu item is our Dauphin’s Dolphin.

STACEY JORDAN

Director of Hospitality

Stacey was born and raised in Mobile, AL and went to school at Ben C. Rains High School. She's been apart of the Aloha team since April 2009. Stacy helped grow many of our concepts starting from Bimini Bobs, Compleat Angler, Baumhower's, and now Dauphin's. Her experience has ranged from Director of Service, Director of Café, Director of Hospitality, Kitchen Manager, and Interim GM. Stacey is a single mother with 3 daughters and 7 grandbabies.

MIKE LAFFERTY

Head Chef

​

From Memphis, TN, Mike has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since June 2022. He has been in the restaurant industry for 27 years. Mike is a Certified Executive Chef and has his Culinary Arts AAS (associate in applied science) from Johnson and Wales. He was the Executive Chef at Compass Group Regional and Chef at Hangout Hospitality Group. Mike is married to his wife, Meredith. He has a son, Cooper, and a daughter, Addison. He enjoys spending time with his family and reading.

RONALD "CORKY" SULLIVAN

Chef de Cuisine

​

Ronald is from Mobile, AL, and a graduate of the Gulf Coast Culinary Institute. He has been a team member of Aloha Hospitality since January 2016. Ronald was awarded Dauphin's Most Valuable Player in 2018. He was a former Sous Chef and Catering Director of Café 615 & former Head Chef of Shamrock Rose and Thistle. Ronald is an understudy of Chef Doug Kerr of Dragonfly Food Productions and is partial to Coastal Cuisine with Fusion techniques. He comes from a big family of talented, confident women and learned early on the importance of hard work and attention to detail from his late Father. Ronald is married to his wife Sylvia. They have two children, Christian and Leia. He enjoys the outdoors, gardening, smoking/curing meats, and pickling vegetables. Oysters are his favorite and serves them every Christmas. He believes there is incredible flavor to be found by knowing your roots!

BRIGHTON HARRISON

Sous Chef

​

From Mobile, AL, Brighton has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since August 2021. He has been in the restaurant industry for seven years. Brighton graduated from Mary G Montgomery High School in 2014 and has been in the industry ever since. He has worked his way up from line cook at Flipped Out Kitchen, to Assistant Culinary Manager training at Bonefish Grill, to now Sous Chef at Dauphin’s. Brighton received MVP in March and August of 2022. He is married to his wife, Amber, and has three younger siblings. Brighton enjoys camping with his family and dogs, kayaking, writing poetry, and cooking. His favorite menu item is our Steak a La Bimini.

STEVE ZUCKER

Chef

From Fairhope, AL, Steve has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since January 2004. He has been in the restaurant industry for 32 years. Steve received his bachelor’s in culinary arts from Johnson & Wales. Before coming to Aloha, he was a Chef at Lafittes Landing, Café Marigny, Upperline in Louisiana, Café Nuovo in Providence, Voodoo Café in Las Vegas, Roy Yamaguchi, and Jamason’s Grill in Maui. Steve has had many awards and recognition, including Apprentice of the Year NOLS ACF, 5 Beans NOLA Newspaper Critic, Best Chef Las Vegas, Who’s Who to Watch Esquire Magazine, Best Traditional Poké in Sam Choy’s Poké Competition, and Manager of the Year for Mobile Tourism. He has been married for 25 years and has a 23-year-old son. He enjoys playing golf and going fishing. His favorite menu item is our Poké and Shrimp & Grits.
