From Manteca, CA, Kenny has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since February 2022. He has been in the restaurant industry for 13 years. Kenny graduated high school at Manteca High, worked at In-N-Out Burger for 12 years, then moved up to Assistant Manager for the next four years. He loves spending time with his beautiful wife, Rosa, and two beautiful girls, Lilliana and Emma. Kenny enjoys spending time at the beach and playing and watching sports. His favorite menu item is Spencer’s Gooey Fries.

SAM WILLIAMS
General Manager - Fairhope

From Pensacola, FL, Sam has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since November 2021. Sam is a US ARMY Veteran with 29 years of restaurant experience. He spent 22 years with Waffle House, operating 10 different locations with over 300 employees. Sam has received several Top Sales awards and Top Operator awards throughout his tenure with Waffle House. He is married to his wife of 27 years and has two children, both with college degrees. Sam likes playing basketball, fishing, and going to the golf range. His favorite menu item is our legendary wings with Jamaican Jerk sauce.

From San Francisco, CA, Paul has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since August 2023. He has been in the restaurant industry for 35 years. In his work experience, Paul has been a Multi-Unit Director of Food & Nutrition and General Manager for multiple restaurant concepts. Paul has received several awards for exceeding company financial goals and rewarded with trips to amazing vacation destinations. He loves spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren, going to church, spending time at the beach, and playing golf. His favorite menu item is our legendary Buffalo Wings.

Summar has 14 years of experience in the restaurant industry, and she joined Wingfingers in January 2026. She is from Demopolis, AL, and attended Auburn University. Her restaurant career began as a server at small Mexican restaurant, and she then moved on to work for Another Broken Egg for nine years. She was the Assistant Manager for two years at the restaurant’s Orange Beach location and was a shift leader at the restaurant’s Fairhope location. Summar loves spending time with her husband, Bryan, and her two kids, Vera and Sam. She also enjoys reading, spending time outdoors and watching Auburn Football. Her favorite menu item at Wingfingers is the Xtra Hot Hot Lips with ranch dressing.
LUCIE CHAUVIN
Director of Hospitality - Fairhope

Lucie has been in the restaurant industry for seven years and has been with Wingfingers in Fairhope since March 2026. She is from the Czech Republic and holds a master’s degree in management of aviation. Her career began at an airport restaurant and coffee shop. She then spent four years at Whataburger as a team leader and is proud to have won an award as Operating Partner of the Quarter. Lucie has a 7-year-old daughter, Lydia, whom she enjoys going to restaurants and watching movies with. She also enjoys listening to good music, gathering with friends and traveling to the Czech Republic to visit her family. Her favorite dish at Wingfingers is the Spicey Chicken Sandwich!

​From Mobile, AL, Maya has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since October 2024. She has been in the restaurant industry for 16 years. Maya previously was the Operations Manager for the Extreme Department at Surge Entertainment by Drew Brees, where she supervised 30 employees and helped fellow co-managers. Her favorite menu item is our Honey Chicken Biscuit with Tater Tots.

Donya is from Montgomery, AL and has been on our Aloha team since January 1999. She went to G.W. Carver High School in 1985 and Tech School for Cosmetology and Nutritionist. Donya has 35 years of hospitality experience and has been awarded Employee of the Year many times throughout her career with Aloha. She is very family-oriented and loves bowling, keeping senior citizens, cooking, and meeting new people. Donya volunteers at her church and works with the youth on many projects.
