"Dauphin’s combines classic coastal cuisine with a sky-high panorama dubbed by OpenTable as one of the “100 Most Scenic Dining Views in America” from its perch atop the RSA Trustmark Bank Building in downtown Mobile. No surprise, as the view literally stopped the French in their tracks more than 300 years ago. At 424 feet high, Dauphin’s also offers the highest waterfront dining view anywhere on the Gulf Coast from Padre Island to the Florida Keys. Our goal? A dining experience just as spectacular. The menu celebrates classic coastal cuisine with hints of Caribbean and Creole soul, with a focus on locally-sourced products and foods. Executive Chef Steve Zucker’s version of Gumbo Z’herb was named one of Alabama’s “100 Dishes to Eat Before You Die”, while other signature creations include rack of lamb, Bayley’s West Indies salad, Murder Point Oysters from Mobile Bay, and hand-crafted sauces."
